1. Organizing entity and purpose of this draw

This promotional activity will be organized by Viña del Lentisco SL, with address at Av. de la Poveda 16, 01306 Lapuebla de Labarca (Araba-Álava) in order to promote its commercial activity on the social networks of Instagram and Facebook and expand the number of followers and subscribers

2. People to whom the draw is addressed

People of legal age who reside in Spain can participate in the draw. They must also be new Instagram subscribers and followers

All personnel of the company that organizes said promotional activity as well as their relatives will be excluded from participation.

3. Date of the draw

​

This draw will be active from March 8, 2021 to March 18, 2021, both included.

4. Raffle and Prizes/Mechanics of participation and obtaining prizes

​

A raffle will be announced on Vino Villota's Instagram profile, which will consist of the user registering as a Newsletter subscriber on the website www.vinovillota.com  to be able to participate. In the same way, you can participate by mentioning five friends and the hashtag #villotanohaymasqueuno

Once the promotion is over, a jury made up of the commercial management of the company will choose the winner. The prize will consist of a "father there is only one" pack, made up of three 75 cl bottles of wine: 1 bottle of Selvanevada 2018, 1 bottle of Villota red 2018 and a bottle of Viña Gena Viñedo Singular 2018, valued at 58 €. This prize does not include shipping costs to the winner of the prize

5. Communication of the prize

The prize will be communicated publicly on the social networks Instagram and Facebook on March 19, 2021 and privately to the winner.

In case the draw did not manage to have 10 participants, it will be declared void

The prizes under no circumstances can be exchanged for any other gift or exchanged for its equivalent compensation in cash.

The organizing company reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this draw if it deems it appropriate or if special assumptions occur that prevent it from being carried out. exceptional circumstances concur that prevent its realization.
